Schematic design is complete for an 18,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with pro shop, restaurant, lounge, locker rooms, cart storage and office space. The three-story clubhouse will anchor a golf course neighborhood, and serve as social hub and athletic center for residents. The exterior is designed with board and batten siding paired with cedar cladding and a cut-stone base. Exposed timber trusses support the roofs of the entryways and rough-cut logs serve as entry posts. Such rustic details and mountain lodge appeal make this building a perfect fit for its high alpine region home near Sisters, Oregon.
