New Avenues For Youth

The renovation of this youth center updated the facilities used by the staff and by the kids. A concentrated recreation area was created with pool table and lounge area, weight room, and a community kitchen and dining area. The 30-bed housing area of the center was given a more personal feel, and was furnished with new beds and desks. Classrooms at NAFY also received face lifts and new equipment. Supervisory facilities were also modernized with a new information/check-in desk, offices, laundry area, and added storage space. Fresh, new finishes throughout the building unify the spaces, and were chosen with durability and livability in mind.
