A truly unique project in Portland's West Hills, this project, dubbed the Treehouse, was constructed on a very steep site. Designed to preserve existing trees, the structure was built on 26 steel piles driven into bedrock. The Treehouse is 3 stories with a wine cellar, exercise room, and home theater on the lower level, bedrooms on the middle level and a 3 car garage on the upper level.

The living room and kitchen are carefully situated in a transitional space between the middle and upper level. This part of the structure has a copper roof, copper siding, steel windows, and an elegant interior treatment.
