This project is located in a remodeled Pearl District warehouse.The client desired a fun and colorful enviornment which would inspire toy designers. As a result doors facing the curved corridor are painted different colors. Conference rooms feature patterned carpets and vibrant wall coverings which also absorb sound. Exposed ducts, beams and seismic braces reveal the history of the building. Display areas were arranged with shelves on a french cleat system to highlight product ideas. This allows total flexibility of display that the client required.
