A new lobby for a large software call center reflects a modern image for a cutting edge international firm. Sweeping curved "cloud" soffits and modern materials update a former downtown retail store built in the 40's.

The lobby provides secure access to the facility and its training center. It also houses the regional security command center, monitoring cameras and systems for the Northwest region.
